The thermometer utilises state of the art electronic circuitry, designed for reliability and ease of use and can be submerged or washed under a running tap – ideal for food processing applications where cleaning is paramount. The Therma 20 Metal thermometer measures temperature over the range of -39.9 °C to 149.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution. The instrument features a large, easy to read, LCD display. The unit also incorporates an auto-power off facility that automatically turns the instrument off after ten minutes, maximising battery life. The instrument is housed in an ergonomic case with a white coated finish that contains Biomaster Antimicrobial Technology that reduces bacterial growth.
