Designed specifically for AmbiFlex® M16 The coupling is matched to Ambiente’s 16mm x 2mm M16 multilayer composite pipe. It should not be substituted with the P16/T16 coupling, even though those pipes share the same external dimensions. Connects to the 413 Series manifold The 3/4″ connection fits compatible circuit outlets on Ambiente manifolds beginning with product code 413. The coupling can be used on either the flow or return bar to connect each end of the UFH pipe loop. Two couplings per circuit Every underfloor heating loop has separate flow and return pipe ends. Two couplings are therefore normally required for each manifold circuit. For example, an eight-loop M16 installation will normally require 16 couplings. Installation and testing Cut the pipe cleanly and square, assemble the coupling in accordance with the manifold installation instructions and ensure the pipe is fully inserted before tightening. The completed system must be pressure tested before the pipework is permanently concealed.
